Abi is passionate about helping students connect what they learn in health and fitness to everyday life. Drawing on her experience as a certified exercise physiologist and science teacher, she enjoys connecting with students and preparing them for life beyond high school.
Qualifications
B.S. in Exercise Science from Concordia University, St. Paul Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine
