Our admissions process is designed to set every student up for success. After completing the general enrollment form, our team will guide you through the next steps based on your student’s goals, provide helpful orientation materials, and answer any questions along the way. From start to finish, there’s no guesswork, just support.

If your student plans to earn a diploma through Sevenstar Academy, you’ll meet with our team to discuss a personalized plan of study as part of the enrollment process once you’ve filled out the form.

This enrollment option is for families not utilizing Sevenstar Academy through a partner school.

Once we receive your interest form, we’ll send you a link to activate your Sevenstar account and begin the onboarding process. A representative may follow up to request additional details.

Submit Student Application

Finalize your student’s application and submit any transcripts or supplemental materials. From there, we’ll guide the rest.

Enroll in Courses

Choose your courses and complete checkout. Once enrolled, we’ll help you get started and provide any needed support.

How do I begin the enrollment process for Sevenstar?

Getting started with Sevenstar Academy is simple! Your first step is to fill out the enrollment form on our website. Once submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us. Depending on your specific needs, we’ll either send you additional information or provide your account credentials along with guidance for adding your student to our system through MyCoursePortal (you can then begin purchasing courses right away).

What enrollment options does Sevenstar Academy offer?

At Sevenstar Academy, we understand that different families have different educational needs, which is why we offer several enrollment paths:

Individual Courses: If your student just needs to add a few courses to their existing school curriculum and doesn’t need a diploma, our course selection process is quick and simple!

Diploma Program: For full-time students seeking a diploma, our admissions staff will personally assist in choosing courses and creating a comprehensive graduation plan tailored to your student’s needs.

Information Gathering: Not sure which path is right for you? Our staff would love to connect with you! We’re available to answer questions, discuss options, and guide you through the decision-making process.

How does Sevenstar Academy assist full-time diploma-seeking students?

Our full-time diploma program includes personalized support from our dedicated admissions staff. After creating your account (which is easy!), our team will walk you through the process of choosing the best courses for your student’s unique educational journey. We’ll help develop a graduation plan that meets academic requirements and aligns with your student’s goals and interests. Our staff is committed to ensuring your student’s success throughout their educational journey with us.

When can my student begin courses after enrolling with Sevenstar Academy?

We offer flexible start dates to accommodate your student’s schedule! Students can begin courses any Monday. We understand that some students may want to work at an accelerated pace, which we fully support. The shortest completion time permitted is 6 weeks for a 0.5 credit course and 12 weeks for a 1.0 credit course; students submit work every week during this minimum time requirement. If you need a shorter time frame, please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
