Couse description
How do our personal financial habits affect our financial future? How can we make smart decisions with our money in the areas of saving, spending, and investing? How can we honor God with our finances? This course introduces students to basic financial habits, such as setting financial goals, budgeting, and creating financial plans. Students learn more about topics such as taxation, financial institutions, credit, giving, and money management.
This course also addresses not only how occupations and educational choices can influence personal financial planning but also how individuals can protect themselves from identity theft. Students explore how to honor God with their money as they seek to be wise stewards of the precious resources he has blessed them with.

In addition to a computer with an Internet connection, most courses require speakers (or headphones); a digital camera or scanner to take photos of completed work; a printer; common household items; access to research materials; and productivity software for word processing, presentations, etc.
