Elementary Spanish Introductory Level

Grades: K

Couse description

Elementary Spanish Introductory Level offers an exploratory introduction into the Spanish language and culture, encouraging students to become better citizens of the world God has created. Students discover how learning Spanish can help them better love God, their families, friends, and others more. They also learn how vacations can be used to help fulfill the Great Commission; what Jesus meant by calling Himself the “bread of life”; how they can pray to God for healing; about the celebrations God throws in heaven; and how art can be used to glorify God. Students learn Spanish in a story-based framework, providing a fun and positive learning experience. The course goes beyond simply teaching the Spanish language; it also surveys the Mexican culture. Lessons are taught through engaging, authentic stories in text, audio, and video formats that give students an opportunity to see and hear the language in context.

Elementary courses are offered full-year enrollments and cannot be purchased by semester.
