Sevenstar Academy Community
Each Sevenstar course begins with a welcome email and a required one-on-one call with the instructor to help students start strong. Instructors stay engaged throughout the course, offering support, feedback, and regular check-ins to guide student success.
Course Discussions
Students work through lessons, complete assignments, and engage with course content through built-in discussions. These discussions are designed to prompt reflection and student-to-student interaction, although in some cases, responses may be to posts from previous students rather than live peer exchanges.
Virtual Events
Sevenstar offers meaningful opportunities throughout the year for students to connect and engage. Occasional virtual gatherings help foster community and make space for fellowship beyond the classroom. These include events such as our Christmas celebration, student-led chapel, and special club-hosted activities.
Clubs
Dr. Susan Powell National Honor Society
Sevenstar Academy’s official chapter of the National Honor Society, named in honor of Dr. Susan Powell, recognizes students who demonstrate excellence in scholarship, leadership, service, and character. Eligible high school students are invited to apply based on academic achievement and teacher recommendations. NHS members have the opportunity to grow as servant leaders through meaningful service projects and community involvement.
Student Council
The Student Council works year-round to help students feel comfortable, connected, and engaged in the life of the school. Members contribute to the student newsletter, plan virtual events, and create opportunities for community and fun. Students can gain valuable leadership experience by being elected or appointed to an officer or grade-level representative role.
Interest Clubs
Sevenstar Academy offers a variety of virtual clubs where students can explore their interests, connect with peers, and build community beyond the classroom. From academic groups to creative outlets, there’s something for everyone—try something new or dive deeper into a favorite hobby!
Alumni Group
We’re excited to launch our brand-new alumni group—a place created just for you, whether you graduated recently or years ago. This community is designed to help you reconnect, share your journey, encourage one another, and lift up each other in prayer.
While Sevenstar Academy was where your learning took place, this space is about what comes next. Life after graduation takes many paths, and we hope this group will grow into a strong, supportive network grounded in faith and friendship wherever God leads you.

I have been with Sevenstar for several years now, and throughout my time, it has been a very fun and educational experience. I have been able to meet new friends, improve my “résumé” with organizations such as NHS and Student Council, and have teachers that care about my learning and growth. Sevenstar is a very great school, and I am glad to be one of its students.
