At Sevenstar Academy, our mission is to align students’ minds and hearts on a firm foundation—one built on academic excellence and rooted in biblical truth. We provide high-quality online education that integrates a biblical worldview across all subjects. This is paired with personalized experiences that foster spiritual growth and a sense of community.

Whether students are enrolled full-time or just taking a few courses, our goal is to support each learner on their path to a U.S. high school diploma while preparing them for their God-given calling.

We understand that today’s learners need options. Traditional schooling doesn’t always meet a family’s needs—whether due to schedule, location, or learning style. That’s why we offer flexible online education with this mindset: “At your pace, anyplace, anytime.”

Our asynchronous courses for K–12 students can supplement a homeschool or private school program or serve as part of a full-time, individualized learning plan that culminates in a Sevenstar diploma.

The Name “Sevenstar”  

Why “Seven”?  

The number seven is significant in God’s Word and is associated with divine completion, perfection, and abundance. There are many appearances of the number seven in Scripture, such as seven days in the week, seven of each clean animal taken into the ark, seven years of feast and seven of famine, seven lights on the golden lampstand, seven days of marching around Jericho, seven angels to the seven churches in Revelation, and seven seals.  In addition, the apostle Paul uses seven titles to refer to Christ in the book of Hebrews, and there are seven statements Jesus made from the cross.  

Why “Star”?  

Stars are mentioned frequently in the Bible as well, from the creation story in Genesis all the way to Revelation. Jesus himself is referred to as the bright Morning Star, the One whose face shines like the sun, who brings the gospel light to us all. In the vast universe, God has created millions of stars to reflect His light; yet He has numbered each one and knows it by name. Likewise, He created millions of people to reflect the Son’s light; yet He knows each of us by name and desires an intimate, redemptive relationship with us.

And so, it is that Sevenstar endeavors to provide Christian education worthy of its name—complete and abundant, glorifying Christ, and reflecting His light to those who seek Him across all seven continents of the earth He created.
