Couse description
SAT Prep teaches students the skills and strategies needed to optimize their performance on the SAT. This course covers every SAT topic, including reading, writing, grammar, mental math, algebra, data analysis, geometry, statistics, and more. Short video-based lessons focus on specific objectives and are followed up with quick drills so students can practice newly-learned skills. Practice questions come with video explanations, and the course also offers tips and tricks for taking the SAT. Students take several practice SAT tests as well as write a sample essay.
In addition, SAT Prep explores the biblical commandment to pursue knowledge, while students look at the difference between knowledge and wisdom. The worldly definition of success is challenged as students learn to glorify God in all their activities, including studying for the SAT!
