Couse description
In Elementary Spanish Level 5, students learn about Central America, focusing their studies on the culture, traditions, and food of Costa Rica. As they build on their Spanish language skills in listening, speaking, and writing, students complete a variety of activities, including oral and written assignments and group projects. Students also learn about the importance of family and community, understand how to be an active member of a church, and study the character of God. Each lesson is taught through an engaging, authentic story that gives students the opportunity to see and hear the language in context.

In addition to a computer with an Internet connection, most courses require speakers (or headphones); a digital camera or scanner to take photos of completed work; a printer; common household items; and productivity software for word processing, presentations, etc.
